Hi
Old GPU (9500GT) had no problems with this system specs
PSU is coolermaster RP500
.
.
using DDU and installing a RX560 (2gb) 6pin GPU & drivers Adrenalin 2020 20.12.1 Factory Reset i get Black screen & restarts when trying to run a mp4 video file or running a benchmark and even at the AMD Adrenalin option screens. I even installed the original WHOL 17.30.1041 R4 same issue, i also set Power Limit Slider to 50 same issue black screen reset.
Yet in safe mode RX560 can play mp4 videos with no issues
the other thing during restarts the startup screen is corrupted with rx560 but not with the 9500gt installed

I have also repasted TIM on Rx560

is the card faulty or still some driver issue,
should i
downgrade to Windows 7 64 bit
Undervolt GPU
Heatgun the bare GPU board
flash the GPU Bios
as im out of ideas
