So I'm having issues with my system shutting down was more random now it's happening every 1-10 minutes sometimes I'm lucky and getting a couple hours use.
Sometimes it will completely shut down and not switch back on unless I unplug it from the back and plug back in.

The hard drive is new and recently formated and a new install.

Checked all cables all seems to be in order checked the PSU plug and switched for a different one.

I thought maybe this is a faulty psu but was advised in store that it could be the motherboard before paying out for a new power supply and might have the same issue and get it diagnosed.

What's your opinion?

Never had to deal with a psu before they just always ran perfect

Thanks for all the reply.

The specs are as follows its a bit outdated but for what I use it for has been working spot on for a long time was thinking on a new build next year.

PSU: CORSAIR TX 750
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
RAM: Corsair XMS3 X4 8GB
GFX: EVGA GTX 1070

This can happen after being switched off for all night so don't think will be overheating issues have been when possible checking temps with speed fan everything seems stable temp wise
