ok i think it was on 11th december there was a link put up for the 360 VGA cables, i noticed that i had been charged for it since they aparently were trading under the name WWW.DSWTRADE.CO.UK, ive check that site along with i-game.co.uk (which was the one we was linked to) and they are both comming up with unauthorised access, tried emailing their sales address and i just got failed delivery, is it me just moaning about nothing, or have other people noticed this?

Yes, I actually ordered from them as did PiKe from these forums. Neither of us receaved any goods. It was impossible to contact them via phone and they never replyed to their emails, someone was updateing the website from time to time but now the website seems closed.

Personally I have filed a fraud claim against them via the local police station, informed my bank and swapped the crime referance number with them. Doubt anything will come of this and I've probibly lost the £80 or so that was taken out my account for the order.

hmm, i mean it was only 20.97, but still thats not the point, its the fact it was stil taken and no-one received their products, think ill have to go into the bank and claim for fraud, good thing is is that their address is still on whois database

Registrant's address:
Unit 7 Harrier House
Deeside Industrial Estate
Deeside, Flintshire
UK
CH5 2LR
GB

so an option could be to write to them by mail, go there, or when claiming for fraud include the address so then the bank would probably try and get in contact with them as they sould have addresses etc,

yes i was one of the many who had a big problem with this company.

I have contacted countless numbers of there customers suggesting they cancel there order or get money back through CC / Bank and asked them to spread the word.

I've also contacted the following:

Trading Standards Flintshire (had reply)
Royal Mail Fraud Department (i-game gave lost item as excuse constantly)
WatchDog (no reply as yet)

All there sites seem to be down so its either they closed shop and done a runner or they have been shut down.

They are the worst company I have ever used on the internet in my 2-3 years of buying things on-line

This sounds awful. I hope you get it sorted soon. Go put a claim in for fraud. A lot of users here will help you.

Watchdog might be a good bet.

Watchdog don't care.

I did eventually get an item but it wasn't what I ordered, Joytech instead of the Official VGA Cable.
