Hey guys,

I'am about to go out and but the Nvidia GTX 660.
This is a massive buy for me!

When it comes to Computers and their internals I'm pretty good! (not being big headed!)

CPU: Intel Core i3 550,
RaM: 4gb.

Will the performance of the GTX 660 be at all limited because of these parts? I'am asking this question because I know these 2 pieces of hardware aren't the newest/best.

Extra Info: I plan on using the Card for gaming as I'am a massive PC gamer.

Thanks in advance,

Ryan.

4gb ram is limiting you imo

I ran an i3 540 with just 4gb and it would stutter badly in l.a noire, put 8gb in and it was smooth

make sure you also have a 64 bit version of windows to make use of more than 3.5gb of memory

cpu is fine imo, plus they overclock like crazy should you ever need to

I ran my i3 540 @ stock with a mildy overclocked 7850
