I have some strange things comming up in my netgear router log and im hoping someone could shed some light onto what it is.
63| <Possible Ingress filter> <UDP>Source=169.254.235.39, Destination=169.254.255.255
64| <Possible Ingress filter> <UDP>Source=169.254.235.39, Destination=224.0.0.252
65| <Possible Ingress filter> <UDP>Source=169.254.235.39, Destination=224.0.0.252
66| <Possible Ingress filter> <UDP>Source=169.254.235.39, Destination=169.254.255.255
My router being a old netgear, it doesnt timestamp all events for some reason, so i have no idea how often these have been happening (and they have only been happening today or yesterday), but there have been lots of such log entries.
My search for info on possible ingress filter didnt give too many usefull results so im hoping some network guys on this forum can shed some light on it as i know we have some quite amazing network people here.
