Possible issue with the 750d/760d

just saw tweet of an article by Engadget, seems theirs a issue with the sensor

As some may have seen from a previous thread I'm thinking about getting the 760d(UK equivalent of the t6i) now this article has got me wondering if I should take the risk if there is a chance I may end up with an effected camera.

I wouldn't see it as a risk unless you buy grey (e.g from a Hong Kong supplier). Canon have acknowledged the problem and stated defective units will be replaced so nothing to worry about really. All you will have is a potential minor inconvenience while it is being sorted.
