Possible Line Improvement...

Hi guys,

Just recently I’ve been trying to improve my dodgy line in all the usual ways; new microfilters, removal of unnecessary wires/wiring etc.

And it’s got me thinking…

Atm, I only have two wire connected to each face-plate 2 and 5 I think?

And there has been a marked improvement in my lines stats; my question is, what if I were to reconnect the surplus 2 wires on all of the face-plates throughout the house to act as carriers that could perhaps improve the line quality? I’d basically be doubling up on the 2 and 5 connections of each face-plate – four wires instead of two.

Worth a try do you think :)

Cheers,

SW.

Thanks for the reply ;)

I might still have a go it sometime - I doubt it could do any harm, could it?

Just no real gain then

The last time I ‘fiddled,’ my line stats improved significantly, I was kinda hoping for a repeat of that success :D

Cheers,

SW.
