Possible memory issue (do you always trust memtest?)

I've been having a few BSODs recently, to be honest I assumed it was down to either drivers or my half hearted over clocking (2500k @ 4ghz with just the core at 1.28 and multi at 40, I'm not into it enough to read up more).

Its been rock solid at these settings for ages but as I had a BSOD this morning saying MEMORY_MANAGEMENT was the issue I decided to run a quick memtest and it's thrown up literally hundreds of errors after about 10 minutes of running.

I then ran the windows memory diagnostic thing which said everything was fine?

I've got 8gb crucial ballistic tactical tracer in a gigabyte Z68XP-UD3P.

So, before I RMA the memory, is this definitely it? Is memtest always right?

If the rams rated at 1.5v then leave it at that, for CPU vtt or qpi/vtt id try with 1.10v from stock 1.05v and retest with memtest,
