Possible mouse broken?

I have a Razer Deathadder and after a good years service its now starting to double/triple click when i single click with the left mouse button.

Could this be a driver issue or a hardware issue?

I regularly clean my hardware, so i doubt its a issue with dust, dirt or anything else.

Well mines happening with both buttons and i dont know how long the warranty is with Razer.

If its over 2 years old your out of luck, however OcUK currently dropped the price of these down to £28 today if you need a replacement. Good timing.

Read a lot of good reviews about that mouse.

Dont get a Lachesis, get another Deathadder. I had a Lachesis and I had no end of trouble with it.

One year is good service? Man, if mine don't last 3 I get annoyed.

Open it up and test the micro switch outside of the shell. If it's multi clicking when you push it in with your finger you know it's spannered.
