Possible new build, but can i do better?

I have been waiting to upgrade for a long time now, my Q6600 setup is now becoming dated and have been waiting for the new set of motherboards before I jump in.

This is what i have selected, but can i do better? Also, when are the new Gfx cards out, as I would rather wait for them, unless of course they are a long way off.

I need a system thats future proof - as much as possible, and one that will last for a good 4 years before I rebuild again.

Using it for casual gaming, Heavy Photoshop use, movie editing and CAD work.

Will IvyBridge be as good/better then these CPU's? and was there any indication of when the new GFX cards will be out?

Yeah though of that, but i have another system with the software and i can get it from that. Was trying to save cash where i can, although, from looking at the shopping list, I dont think i have managed that
