Possible power problem ? Help Please ! UPDATED

Hello !!

After running an hour test of OCCT to check if my system was fully stable at stock before i started OCing i noticed something that seems odd to me in the reports to do with voltage. There seems to be a HUGE spike towards the end of the test......(Pics below)

Can anyone shed any light on if this could be the starting of something more serious or is it normal operation ? It is plugged into a surge protected socket so i'm leaning towards ruling out an external power issue, but i could be wrong.

I think my spec is in my sig...if not heres a quick rundown
(Q6600,P5k Premium,4gb 800mhz,8800GT,1x 320gb SATA, 1xSATA optical)

All running on a hiper 580w PSU
(This one: Hiper 580w OCuK....

If anyone can give me a bit of information that would be great. Thank you !

Ok pics.

Thanks for the reply nick based on that i just disregarded that time and started with the overclock and again during occt testing it shows as being more than a little irractic.

Could it possibly be a mobo monitoring problem rather than a PSU issue ?
