Possible problem with my OC set

OK before i think of sending it back or such or panic i will check here if any1 knows the problem.

I have this set up
Krypton Intel Core i7 950 3.06GHz @ 4.00GHz Overclocked Bundle

Im able to get on the computer but when it boots it takes a few boots on 1st turn on i press th switch it turns onthen straight off. then a few seconds later it boots up again without even pressing a button. Now this time it will load normal but it will then get to a message saying recovering DRam settings then beeps twice and it shuts off turns off. Then agian after a few seconds starts up. It will do this 3 times in a row then be ok. Ive also noticed that when it does this the LED's next to the ram all light up when it does this. Im able to get on evnetullybut its totally random if i can. Is it likely to be a problem with a ram stick or cables ?. Or mayeb set up ?.

Another thing instead of registering 4ghz its only 2.2- 2.8ghz (now this ive read im ment to turn on turbo but atthe momenti havnt. Has any1 els encounted this problem and may know what it is ? before i think about ether sending it back as f anyone knows the possible problem maybe betterthan having to sendi t back :).

Ps its running mafia 2 fine with everything set to high with about 50-60 fps sometimes dropping to 40 so it doesnt seem to be a problem in windows just booting up.

I would be inclined to think the overclock has failed, when starting press del and to get into the BIOS, once in the BIOS press F12 and this should bring up the saved profiles and one should say Ocuk overclock or similar, load this, save and re-boot. Hopefully you should be fully operational.

What PSU are you using, make and model.

I really think its down to settings or ram. the factthat eventully it works and i can get in makesm e think its not the ram sticks. im also runnign a fan controller to and tried a few tempeture programs and there fine. playing mafia 2 according to my fan controller the max ive used is 350w and thats will in game so dontthink its th power supply. As said before it will boot up say recovering DRaM then it will shut down it will then bot up again maybe do this 2 or 3 times then be totally fine. So dont know the problem im hopign its just a setting but as stated i wanted to ask aboutabit before jumping to needing to send it back already put a lot of work putting it together :).
 
Ok ive tried the reboot and load setings still same problems. recovering dram then shut down :S. My chip is register 2.5ghz about. its reall weird. The load did how ever fix 1 problem i was having picking up my SSDno i can see it i will be able to use my solid state soon :). but just need to fix this problem 1st.
