Possible PSU Issue?

Hi everyone,

I built my own rig in September last year and i'm happy enough, however since adding a couple of extra case fans to give me peace of mind with overclocking and heat (I dont have any overclock on the system as yet), I have been suffering from random shut downs and warning messages about power surges on USB 3.0.

I've disconnected the older case fans and kept the new without any problem.

I'm starting to think that the PSU doesnt have enough juice.

What have you got plugged into the USB 3 ports ?
I would have thought that PSU would be fine considering your PC.
(Not sure why you listed the case as its not much relevance on power draw from the PSU )

It just pasted it from one of my old posts, but it does include 2 case fanse and a fan controller, also the USB port that im gettin the error with is part of the case housing.

I get it for all USB devices, tried pen drive, Iphone & Ipad, mouse, headset, Keyboard, external HD, steering wheel allsorts.

They all continue to work on the USB 2.0 ones though.
