Possible RAM fault

Hi all

So I'm building my sfx pc and thought the PSU was the fault, I've now got power to the PC but the dram light stays red on the board... I tried booting from 1 stick at a time, one stick was not responding or lighting up the rgb, however the other stick lights up the rgb and the PC will power on but no signal or boot?

Could this be both sticks faulty?

I've got another set on the way just to try out

Cheers

Is this the same pc with cpu led light on and you heard a spark ?

Tried resetting the cmos.

This is a replacement board I got sent out from the rainforest, the cpu light was on when both sticks are in but after taking the dodgy one out it goes through the boot process and stops at DRAM light...

I took the battery out for a few minutes then put it back in but seems the same

Its very unlikely 2 sticks of ram are faulty at the same time though not impossible, have you tried your other cpu ?

Hopefully the link works so you can see what I mean by the rgb is running fine...

Also fans and AIO spinning up ok

Video works.

Put your gpu in the top pcie slot but be careful looks like you have no screws in the centre of the motherboard , try the memory in every single slot and make sure your aio isnt overtightened .

LoL just realised it on the motherboard box.

Yeah built it outside just incase there was a short... I tried that one stick in every slot and same thing happens in each one.... Just reseated the AIO and only thumb tightened it so not over tightened...

GPU put into top slot, no luck still :(

You've got memory coming so hopefully that sorts it but if you have a m2 drive installed take it out and try to boot, seen a few people have problems with this.
