Possible RAM Issue??

Hey i just built my enw pc it has triple channel dominator 1x3gig and i was looking at cpu-z for the first time and saw that in frequency it had like 500, is that not where 1500 speed should be or am i getting mixed up? heres a screen shot:

 
You need to multiply by 3.

Edit: Sorry multiply by 2 as below mentioned.

No you double it as it's DDR "Double Data Rate",so your ram is running at just over 1066mhz.

My Corsair Dominator triple kit is currently running at 668.2mhz which is 1333mhz.

You need to manually change the speed of the ram in your bios my rampage II extreme defaulted to 1066mhz until i changed it to 1333mhz.

What speed is your kit supposed to run at?
