possible speeding fine: hired car

I'm sure I read an article somewhere recently saying the speeding courses aren't quite so "good" now some insurance companies asking you to declare them (no doubt with an increase in premium). There's also the question of how far you have to travel to attend if you can't go locally.

This is what I came here to say...I'm sure if I remember correctly Wales is an interesting one. You have to do the course in the attached center to where you were snapped. You can't just do it in your local one.

Sorry. How can you have a physical points endorsement written on your paper license taken off online.
You have to send the paper bit off.
They send you back a whole new document with no points on.
For this they charge £20.

If you move home and change your addy this is done for nowt.
