Does anyone know the lengh of warranty on these?

ok down to the issue

I have been getting cold boot issues, some times its fine and then some times the pc wont post and has to be power off and on a few times untill it posts.

intel i5 2500k
gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 mainboard
kingston grey 4gb ddr3
evo cooler
msi gtx 970 gfx card
2 samsung evo 250gb ssd's

now as the cpu, board and ram are approaching 6 years on I thought maybe this was the issue. The gfx card and psu are 2 and half years old, could the psu be the issue or could it be the older components?

I have since ordered a new i5 7600k, 8gb ram and an msi Z270 SLI Plus Intel Z270, would this fix the issue?

Says 5yrs in the description.

As for the 2nd part wait to see if the new chip+board does fix it.

Have you ever updated the BIOS on the existing board?

Hi Stulid, yeah bios was at the latest sadly and never bothered to go back to the OC that was set by OCUK when it was built. The issues started before christmas, random pc lockup ups aswell whilst gaming where the the keyboard and mouse became non responsive. I put that down to drivers but when the post issues started I leaned toward something else

Time to send it to Taiwan.

I am under the assumption ocuk will test it and swap it out due to them holding the warranty.
I am afraid not, in a resent thread and CS posts they stated they don't handle the warranty. Only ship it to Taiwan. (a lot of miss information about this floating around)

28 days max turnaround but who knows how long really. It is a good job I have the corsair in the machine till the replacement comes.

its now sorted and ocuk kindly swapped it out asap for a new one, very happy with ocuk. on my upgrade ocuk were slightly higher in cost for mobo, cpu, memory and cooler. I only wish I'd just bought a replacement psu as my 25k was too good to change tbh

What a joke.

Don't get me wrong i am glad your issue has been resolved but for the majority of us, we get told they won't deal with it and it has to go to Taiwan. Poor show in my book.

I would gladly have waited for my replacement & this is the best CS I have experienced from any computer company, its a shame that not everyone has had the same help
