Possible to build a PC for £100?

I need to build a pc fast, for under £100 - the cheaper the better really - would even consider second hand (pm me). But all parts must be compatible with CentOS (Linux)!

A 2nd hand Dell optiplex or similar can be snapped up for peanuts on a popular auction website.

EDIT: It's quite likely that a Dell pc will be fully compatible with linux also.

Bet you could find a small.. 20-30gb hdd somewhere which would save a lil bit.

You can run linux quite happily on a 200mhz box tho tbh, could probs get hold of something for 20 quid - I bet it'd run the app you're gonna use, sounds like a glorified telephone router?

Considering the budget is under £100, the best option is 2nd hand/refurbished unit.

I'd look there. With 2nd hand you could be in a similar non-usable situation fairly quickly, or you could be lucky.
