Possible to cancel order before it has been shipped?

Hi guys, I just ordered today about 5pm a pc from ocuk. and i am wondering whether i can cancel it before it ships and get a refund?
because i want to get an imac.

You can allways use the distance selling act to cancel the order if it does arrive.

never bought anything off ocuk yet but there should be some sort of order id, you should be able to contact them with it and they can cancel it.

Just to be nosey, why do you want to cancel it? What has changed since you ordered it ?

There will be a OC number in your account.

Grab that and give sales a ring (0870 443 0880) and we can sort it for you.

Phone us up first thing in the morning or if you send a webnote you run the risk of it not being answered till late morning and the order shipping before then.
