Possible to download ONLY AMD drivers?

Hi guys,

I have problems installing the Intel Ethernet drivers on my new build.

Therefore I am using my mac to download drivers and transfer. This question however is to ask if anyone knows if it is possible to install AMD drivers without
using AMD Catalyst?

After which it loads up, I accept the terms but it almost instantly states "Failed to load detection driver"

When I try from another source it states that it is trying to download and install.

Any ideas on a workaround?

Not sure a driver only setup exists, not that I've ever seen.

Tried going through Device Manager then Update Driver?

In the past, I've gone through the installer in custom mode and there's a checkbox next to CCC that you can uncheck to not install it.
