Possible to get HD radio?

I like listening to radio, like smooth FM... I have a av receiver and 5.1 setup and just wondered if there was away to get higher bitrate streams etc

Linn Radio have three stations streaming at 320 kbs if your reciever has internet capabillity or if you can stream from your computer.

One: Easy\Smooth
Two: Classical
Three: Jazz

If thats for me, I have a Denon 3100 that has built in Spotify, Airplay, and Internet Radio.
