Possible to have 3 partitions with Boot Camp?

Hey guys,

I have a Mac pro, and want to have 3 partitions on my machine,

32GB Windows XP
40GB Shard Partition between OSes
rest for OS X is that possible?

Yes, it is possible to do that but you won't be able to use the Boot Camp Assistant.

This blog gives you an idea (although he mentions Vista RC1, it will be the same principle).
