Possible to identify memory issue between RAM or GPU?

I'm having some Adobe render issues which is an ongoing problem that I'm not alone in. About 50% of the time I reboot after a failed render and receive an Application Error over the reboot screen, but not before. You can see one below:

It's one avenue to get to the bottom of this problem, and I was wondering if it was possible to tell or find out whether that instruction is referencing RAM or VRAM on the GPU?

I've had something similar recently involving SolidWorks, when I'm shutting down at the end of the day. I get the exact same message you're getting, albeit quoting a different memory address. I've always thought it was something to do with the system RAM rather than anything GPU/VRAM related.

This is system ram issue. Try hci mem test to check the problem.
