possible to install SQL 2005 on windows 2008 64x?

Im trying to install SLQ 2005 on windows 2008 64x, but im getting error messages.

Does anyone know the correct method to install it?

When i try to install SP2 im getting the following errors:

Log Location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\LOG\Hotfix\Redist9_Hotfix_KB921896_sqlncli.msi.log

Unable to install Windows Installer MSI file

Nope i didnt lock down any files - the list was empty.
Did you follow any guides, as im completely stuck on this issue!
