Possible to Overclock Abit IP-95

No, sorry - it's a legacy board - it will only run Core2Duo's at the minimum speed because the BIOS is basically the old BIOS pre-overclocked from 200MHz to 266MHz. That's why it only runs PC4200 RAM as well. You can put faster RAM in it, but it won't run over PC4200 I'm afraid. It's nice and cheap though ;)

agreed, only had mine for a day, but at this stage I would only recommend for a low budget system, my efforts so far have only seen me get to about 320 fsb, which is criminal for my new e4300 :(

I have ordered another matx board due to this fact and it only runs single channel ddr2 :(

Which one did you get, if I may ask:) I have tried a P5B-VM and a P5VD2-MX as well as the Abit IP-95 and none of them were good oc'ers.

Hoping Abit comes out with a decent OC'able mATX soon.

I ordered an MSI g965

It's not clear but I think the OP was talking about mATX boards.

STILL nothing on this front yet, although i've seen pics and rumours on the web to suggest that things are happening... slowly.

Board looks good. Lets us know how you get along.

I fekked up on the MSI, read the wrong bloody review :(, not expecting any better overclocking options than the Abit :(
