Possible to recover autosaves or previous versions of a Word doc that's been worked on in the last f

Long story short, house mate cut out the conclusion of a file before emailing it to someone.

Accidentally deleted it from the clipboard so it's gone into oblivion (or is it?)

Is there anyway to find an autosave of the doc from the last few hours that might still of it?
