Possible to replace memory clips

accedenty pushed the clip to far back, and whatever stops it going further back has snapped, so its still on but its really loose,, Anyway to replace it, cos Ive just ordered more memory, and I will need to use that slot???

You could possibly order a corsair dominator ram cooler as when this is fitted it will push against the memory clips, and hold your loose one in place as the steel arms on the cooler have a fair bit of tension in them.

I wouldn't have thought your RAM is going to move very far, so I wouldn't worry. The clips seem overkill to me anyway, and even without using them the RAM feels pretty secure in the slots?

Unless your PC is on top of a washing machine on the spin cycle or something?!
