Hi guys,
First I must say that I am meaning not in Crossfire.
This is in relation to easyrider's thread here.
Basically, he wants to run 4 displays at once - he has a 4870 and a 4350 (configured independently) and it does the job fine. However he wants to replace the 4350 with a 5450 to make use of the snazzy audio bitstreaming technology - which will work well with his amp + home theatre, while keeping the 4870 for a bit of gaming fun.
I was just wondering, is anyone running a HD 4000 series card with a 5000 series and does it work well (any driver issues)? Also, can the HD 5000's audio output used as the primary in this situation? ( I presume it can - if the setup works, but confirmation would be nice)
Cheers guys.
