Possible to use 2 iTunes libraries?

Hi guys, my main PC has just decided to die, well the graphics card, and that has all my music on it, and i don't intend to buy a new card today and i've gotta do some things today so want my ipod up to date.

I do have a mac with iTunes obviously, is it possible to sync this to that one to grab some new music from that one also, or will it just wipe to this library?

If you sync it with your Mac it will indeed wipe your idevice.

As iDroid said as soon as you connect it to a new library it will ask if you want to replace this with your current one.
