Possible to use any router with Lila connect ?

Hi guys I’m in the throws of changing internet provider to either Lila connect or virgin , now I know you can put virgins router in to modem mode and use a decent router from overclockers but does anyone know if you can do that with Lila connect??
Has anyone actually done that at all ??

My boss uses an Asus router on lila, so the answer is most likely a yes.

Can anyone tell me if I’d run in to problems with Lila connect with the non gaming solution £34.99 ?? I also use plex as well …..would I be better off with the gaming solution £39.99 ?? Or would the cheaper version do the job ok ??

You can use any router you like. I'm with Lila and I was using an Asus router but have switched to OPNSense now and it works fine. I can't comment on the non-gaming deal as I have the gaming one. The non-gaming does use CG-NAT if you want to have a read on that and gaming, all results will tell you it will impact your game. For the extra £5, I would say it's worth it if you can afford it.
