Yooo!
Okay, iv used my akasa eclipse, well, its not actually a akasa eclipse, not sure if any of you remember, but it was when ocuk got there hands on about 100 of akasas kinda like business only kinda spec of there eclipse, its basically 100% the same thing but stainless silver not painted black, nothing is different at all apart from the trademark stamps are freeway not akasa. I picked it up for about 60 quid from ocuk when the eclipses was about 170 back then? or something cant remember exactly lol.
But iv used this thing since 2008 or so, I think its time for a upgrade, I did buy this in intentions of spray painting it black, cutting a hole in the window panel and what have ya, modding it my self, but what do ya know, Its still the same as the day I bought it, and since day 1, iv never used the side panel on my case just because iv been too lazy to cut a window in it my self and mod it, don't have the time to do so.
So, im fed up of cleaning the dust out spending money on compressed air, and also im fed up with the look of messy cables (though iv done the best I can with what I have, or etleast I think I have),
here is a look at my system at the moment,

in all its retroness, the good old mirror finish of the eclipise motherboard tray eh
So im thinking of buying my self a 750d, read loads of reviews about it, the SSD mounts, the whole case it self looks pretty bloody clever to be honest, looks great from the outside, not like the front panel of mine which is hanging off and actually held on with duck tape (drunken fall into my desk). the whole case its self looks to a good finish, will suit my new asus monitor nicely as its black for a starters, nice big window panel. clever slots for cables to go through to be hidden, lots of space, its the same width as my case now, same length, just few inches taller, but it uses the space much much more cleverly, great fan mounting holes, potential for future water cooling, and much more future proof of a case, as like I said. I bought mine for the intention of modding, which after I move my system to a case I like and love, I might just mess about with my old one see what I come up with, but I don't really want to wreck my systems home.
so would you guys recommend the 750D as a good case to move to? its not much bigger than mine, looks 20x better, etc, and its future proofed with the amount of radiator mounts for water cooling
Thanks
And also as I have a corsair RM series, ill be buying a pre-braded cable kit that will fit straight into it, and new sata cables instead of the ugly yellow beasts iv lived for years
