I'm currently thinking about upgrading to ivy bridge when it comes out, depending on the price. I currently have a pentium g620 and an asus p8p67-le, I was wondering whether it'd be possible to upgrade my cpu first, then when I get enough money try and get something like the maximus v formula when that is released.
So, my question is, since my motherboard is 1155 and so is ivy, will they work together, or will I have to get a new motherboard at the same time as ivy?

I think it would require a BIOS update but all 1155 boards support IB, or will when it's out!
