Possible upgrade

Between now and the next 2-3 months i want to upgrade on my pc, my budget is 250 or so. Would love some help with this, going to be for playing Aion.

Currently i have

E8400 @ stock possible oc to save cash?
XFX 8800 GTX OC EDITION.
Corsair PC6400 DDR2 2X1GB
250GB HD ( Dont need to change )
Corsair 480w PSU.
Asus P5N-E SLI mobo.

I'd upgrade your RAM to 4Gb and GFX but i'd have no idea how you'd go about that. :cool:
