Possible Upgrade

Hi Everyone,

I'm currently running an old OCUK system, the Titan Onyx.

This machine must be about 4 years old now if not longer.

I play a lot of minecraft, single and multiplayer and also videos and stream but it's getting to the point now where playing the game is crashing my computer.
I either get a CPU overheat warning and restart or the machine blue screens. This is a particularly problem when trying to make videos.

So I'm thinking it might finally be time to upgrade to a new system, what would people reccomend to run Minecraft for hours without issue?

Sounds like your CPU heatsink isn't properly in place as a 920 at stock isn't particularly hot

Get a new x5650 and heatsink total = £80. And a new gpu.

Don't really want to go over £1k but as little as possible to get what I want

Dave get a new case, reuse your psu its fine , hard drive ,dvd rw and cooler.
