i have two weird apps that keep trying to connect to the internet and zone alarm pops up when they try to connect, both of which i have denyed access. << obvious thing to do.
hidebash.exe
openelse.exe
i *think* i have got rid of openelse.exe but hide bash seems to be running in the task manager, even when i end the task it re-appears.
i have done a google search and i cant find anything to do with them.
i have run ad-aware, spy bot and avg, they all found 3/4 infected files (including quake4.exe
) << genunie btw, all of which were deleted
EDIT - installing avast is a no go, it ****** up my system the last time
