Possible website infection

One of our customers today alerted us that when they click on a tab on our website they are redirected to a malicious website

Can you please help me determine why this might be happening?

Its a simple joomla website run on a vidahost package

The website is biline.co.uk nothing happens until you click on any of the tabs then you will be redirected so please proceed with caution

Databases dont just become corrupted and send traffic to random websites. There must be some security hole in the website code somewhere allowing somebody to edit your database in a way that they shouldn't. Restoring the database will only be a temporary fix until it happens again.
Make sure everything is updated, check permissions and change admin passwords.

Thanks for that, I have updated everything that required it, im also going to be changing the passwords soon too.
