Okay, so after cleaning my car today I noticed there seems to be some moisture or something getting under my windscreen. It was previously replaced by AutoGlass.

Is this down to the windscreen being fit wrong? Should I still contact them about it even though it has been a while since the job was done?

Autoglass give a lifetime warranty on their work, call them and get it sorted. Easy.

Would you agree it's definitely an issue caused by the windscreen having been fit incorrectly?

I don't want to phone and get told otherwise and not really have any idea if I'm even correct.

So they finally replaced the windscreen today. When I finally finished work and inspected the screen I noticed this:

I was in training at work so was in a rush to give the guy the keys and get them back so couldn't properly inspect the screen until after, but I'm fairly sure there shouldn't be a gap between the rubber seal and the windscreen.

Will this cause even more issues or is it just cosmetic?

The track along the bottom of the windscreen is stuck on with double sided tape from the factory. It won't cause any issues (it does no sealing or such) and it is just purely cosmetic. Ultimately its up to you if it bothers you or not

It's annoying to be honest, but they'll only do a worse job next time.

I'll just wait until the glass starts to delaminate again as I have no doubts it will.

give them a call and get sorted under there warranty

Yeah, the issue is that is a warrant replacement already.
