Right my dad has Sky Tier 3, upto 16mg, capped at 3meg, cos hes a turd, he wont leave cos it only costs him £10 monthly, but i want faster, so is it possible for me to get Be* Unlimited? who reckon they can get 9.3meg to me, is it possible to have both in same house?

He downloaded/uploaded >100GB in one month, therefore his line has been capped at 3meg instead of whatever it was it was syncing at beforehand. If this is the case, and you enjoy downloading beastage amounts of data each month, you're pretty much stuck wherever you go, since no residential package (that I'm aware of, with FUP applying) will allow you to transfer that amount of data a month.
Alternatively, if your line can only sync at 3meg with Sky, Be* must be using some extreme equipment in their domain to be able to provide you with a 6meg boost in speed

i WAS getting 6.5meg with Sky, but now im not, as i had to download all my music cos CD's got damaged and lost files in new PC move, also all my tools, mods, everything, but now i only download around 2 gig a month, but thats been for 2 months, sky steadily dropping, now its stuck at 3

ive gone to nearly 200GB in a month no cap for me, it says unlimited and i'll take that meaning i can download 1,000 KBPS 24/7 for a month and that would mean around 1Terabyte of data.
Im sure you can find someone that works in that area to just un-cap you and pay them a bit of money
