Post Codes

Hi, my pc has stopped turning on. When I press the power button it does nothing. I have the Abit AN8-V motherboard and the LED panel on the motherboard is showing 0.1., which I looked up and I think it's:

"Expand the Xgroup codes locating in physical address 1000:0"

Only problem is I have no idea what this means. I've tried clearing the CMOS, etc. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I used a different power button from one of the many old pc's in my pc graveyard.

Can I just ask, was I the only one who opened this thread wondering what on earth a thread on Post (postal) Codes was doing in GH?

@Memphis: I was thinking about postcode (postal) as well
