POST error (7F) on eVGA 680i anyone help??

Ok just setting up my new rig and im getting a code on the LED reading 7F

7F in manual = POST error anyone have any ideas what this could be???

This is only my 2nd build so i am a bit of a noob (a lot)

any advice is greatly appreciated

ok seemed to have fixed that and now im getting

PXE-E61 Media Test Failure, check cable

Would that be because i dont have a OS installed yet?

I would expect so, looks like its trying to boot from the network.
