POST Error Beep

Cant find out why i am getting a post error beep on bootup on my daughters pc.

Its one beep,,not the standard short beep, but a beep that lasts for 2 seconds and then repeats itself. I get no monitor activity at all..I have tried resetting the BIOS,,but still get the same

Any suggestions please?

depends on the bios but re-fit the memory?

Do a google for beep error codes for you particular MB it should advise you of where the problem's are.

Most beep codes your likely to get are either video or Ram... so reseat them and try others if you have them etc.
