POST error codes on a ECS board....

Hi,
I'm having problems finding the problem with a ECS K7VMM+ motherboard, it is giving out a POST error message however with no manual and the online manual not giving any details I'm getting to the end of my patience. Can someone point me in the correct direction?

What post error does it show?

or do you get no post screen and just beeps from the system speaker signifying a hardware problem..sorry but im unsure of the nature of the problem in its intirity.
