POST keeps coming up with warning message please help

Hi there,

I've had an overclock running on a machine of mine for some time now and just recently on every bootup at POST it comes up with:

CMOS Settings Wrong

Press F1 to Run Setup
Press F2 to load default values and continue

If I go to F1 into BIOS and quite without saving it just boots into windows, but I have to do this every time I load this machine. Any ideas what I can do to sort this out please?

Yeah It's ASUS P5KC!

Did as you said and no problems. Just went in and save/exit and no more messages. Nice and simple. Cheers!
