POST then Locks up

Have a shuttle SB-75G2, 1Gb Corsair Ram, P4 3.2Ghz ee. It has worked find for years.

Come to last night to switch it on and get the Intel splash screen then nothing else, if you press Tab you can see the post screen.

It reconsise the CPU installed and how much RAM but continues no further, if ytou press Del for BIOS it says Entering Setup..... and sits there, i have reset the CMOS and had it stripped to ram, gfx cpu and nothing else but still no joy

Any ideas anyone?

Try reseating all the IDE and SATA cables, then if that doesn't work try booting with no drives attached and all USB devices removed.
