Nice crop of apples and pears. Do you know the variety of each?

Mine are about ready to pick soon. None have fallen (well none after the toppling incident). I have tried to give them a little twist and lift but they are stubbornly staying on the tree so perhaps not quite ripe enough. I snipped one off literally 3 mins ago and will taste it to see if its ripe.
 
I don't unfortunately. I've had these apple trees for around 10 years. I was going to dig them up as they haven't produced much the last couple of years, but I thought I'd give it another year to see what happens and they've done really well this year.

The pear tree has been on this plot for at least 15 years. The lady who had this plot originally, her dad bought it for her before he passed away. She asked if I could leave the pear tree in place as a memorial for her dad. It produces so much fruit and I normally give her a handful of pears each year.
