I'm posting on behalf of a friend who wants to change ISP. He plays CS:Source regularly and to be honest I think thats the only thing he will care about. He plays on UK servers a lot, if that helps.
Please could you post your average CS:Source pings and your ISP.
I told him to go to Be* (I get about 10ms to UK with them), but Be isn't enabled at his exchange.
