Guys, Give your DSR and GSR images the love they deserve and post them here. Remember the rules for OcUK and keep them in spoilers :)

I will get some up in a bit.

Nice 3fps drop for massive gain

Although on a Game like CSGO I wont be changing res any-time soon...
My aim is fine tuned to 1080p..

open each in tabs and flick between them to see the effect.

1080p

???? open them in new tabs and flick between them you see the effect very clear.

I'm just clicking your spoiler tags...............

In separate tags (In which the 1920x1080 image is technically downsampled too. You can deffo see the difference, the ailising in the wire above you is much less, the floor further away is smoother. And the fence much smoother)

Its quite hard to get the end result from DSR/VSR as a frame grab will have the data before the down sampling process.

Well, firstly you said taps.
And secondly, what's the point in the spoiler tags?

When they're both at the same size, you can clearly see the difference. Ergo, my point.

No need to be so aggressive.

Point is Tags is thats the OCUK rules
anything over a size set by OCUK must be placed inside tags.

I think you knew what the typo ment.
And why do you think am being aggressive? lol

People on here are so fast to jump the gun at times. :D:p

I know why there's tags, that's not what I meant. I mean, why have an image in the tag that doesn't show what you're trying to show?

EDIT : See Gregsters, that's how it's meant to be done. Although his first image looks dreadful :p

Go AWAY! :D:p

Edit
No because then you editing the image and reducing the quality.. It takes two secs to open in new tabs to see the RAW Image

Yer, you are not getting it Shanks.

You need to resize the bigger image to what the smaller image is and then compare (as this is what your eyes see) When you upload the big image, it just looks a bigger image and doesn't show any sharpness details or jaggies disappearing.

Not sure what your suggesting but can't just grab the screenshot and resize via whatever image editing program as you won't be comparing the actual downsampling result only how good the scaling of your image editing program.
