I was reading some really bad ones earlier with Origin Agents. It was almost as if they couldn't help at all and then when they couldn't help anymore they ended the chat. A lot of their customers were fuming at the level of service they've been getting.

I'm sure there was something close to that with Ubisoft.

ubisoft were using game exes to remove the copyprotection. game exes that had been cracked by piracy groups
i guess its cheaper than dremoving the copy protection yourself ,they still had the piracy groups signature in the exe code if you opened them with a hex editor.

i know some people have been BSing the live suport people and managed to get BF3 cdkeys for free by claiming their code was saying it hads already been activated when it shouldnt have been , one guy on another forum i use had to try about 10 times before he finally got a suport chat guy to give him a working code though.
