I've mentioned in a few threads how planning a weeks meal in advance has saved me money, time, and ensures that I have something tasty to eat for dinner.
My girlfriend and I don't like to repeat meals too often, so usually just find recipes online of things we like (easy to do once you follow a few sites on Instagram or whatever). We tend to do 6-10 meals at a time and alternate who does it.
It's all vegan, but can be adapted to include meat/fish.

It'd be great to share yours, so we all have more food to eat!

This is what we're eating for the next 8 nights.

Ben Ben Noodles
White Ramen
Courgette Lasange (Minimalist Baker) https://minimalistbaker.com/8-ingredient-zucchini-lasagna-gf/
Butternut squash rice (Jamie Oliver) https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/rice-recipes/pumpkin-rice/
Tempeh with Pak Choi
Thai Green Curry
Stuffed Cabbage Leaves (Great British Chefs)(https://www.greatbritishchefs.com/recipes/vegan-gluten-free-stuffed-cabbage-rolls-recipe
Tomato & Olive 'Paella' (Olive Magazine) https://www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/vegan/sunblush-tomato-and-olive-vegan-paella/
Banana blossom & Mushroom Tacos

Another week, another set of meals.

Cauliflower Shawarma & Salad (Olive) https://www.olivemagazine.com/recip...er-shawarma-pomegranate-tahini-and-pine-nuts/
Kochumber, onion bhajis & naan
Firecracker tofu (Veganricha) https://www.veganricha.com/firecracker-tofu-wings/
Scrambled tofu tacos
Walnut chili with broccoli orzo
Courgetti Pasta
Mushroom & Cauliflower Shepherd's Pie
Nut Roast with swede roasties

Ben Ben Noodles - These were great!
White Ramen - Not for me, sauce too thick.
Courgette Lasange (Minimalist Baker) https://minimalistbaker.com/8-ingredient-zucchini-lasagna-gf/ - Didn't work at all. Wet, sloppy and just a bit off putting.
Butternut squash rice (Jamie Oliver) https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/rice-recipes/pumpkin-rice/ - My squash went off so canned this.
Tempeh with Pak Choi - Amazing.
Thai Green Curry - Average.
Stuffed Cabbage Leaves (Great British Chefs)(https://www.greatbritishchefs.com/recipes/vegan-gluten-free-stuffed-cabbage-rolls-recipe - Not bad, I made them with sultanas rather than cranberries but they were quite tasty and a good alternative to a traditional roast.
Tomato & Olive 'Paella' (Olive Magazine) https://www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/vegan/sunblush-tomato-and-olive-vegan-paella/ - This was the dish of the week. So good. Lots of great flavours and even had a bit of a fishy tang.
Banana blossom & Mushroom Tacos - Deep fried tacos? What's not to love!

This week, again all vegan. Cutting down on the number we plan because the veg seems to be going off a bit quicker than normal at the minute:

Singapore noodles
Tofu tikka masala (Nora Cooks) with naan bread https://www.noracooks.com/vegan-tikka-masala/
Bangers & Mash
Alfredo pasta with garlic bread
Coronation tofu salad (Olive) https://www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/vegan/coronation-tofu-salad/
Roasted cauliflower & giant couscous salad with zhoug (Olive) https://www.olivemagazine.com/recip...ouscous-salad-with-zhoug-and-crispy-shallots/
Barley, grilled peach & pecan salad (Olive) https://www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/vegan/farro-grilled-peach-and-pecan-salad/

Another week, another set of meals.

Cauliflower Shawarma & Salad (Olive) https://www.olivemagazine.com/recip...er-shawarma-pomegranate-tahini-and-pine-nuts/ - This was the highlight of the week, very tasty and looked great!
Kochumber, onion bhajis & naan - This was amazing.
Firecracker tofu (Veganricha) https://www.veganricha.com/firecracker-tofu-wings/ - This is always great.
Scrambled tofu tacos - Not bad.
Walnut chili with broccoli orzo - Not bad
Courgetti Pasta - Turned this into a courgette, pea, herby walnut mix served ontop of polenta instead which I think was a much better idea.
Mushroom & Cauliflower Shepherd's Pie - This was tasty and warming.
Nut Roast with swede roasties - Eugh, really not good but she enjoyed it.

Forgot to update my own thread! But we've just finished these meals:

Mouth Numbing Noodles
Artichoke & Chickpea Chaat
Clay pot noodles with beetroot & smoked tofu
Nasi Lemak
'Chicken' Kiev, chips, peas & garlic bread (sometimes you need a 'primary school' dinner)
Mung dal
Butter beans with bread & salsa verde
Tofu tacos

This week, again all vegan. Cutting down on the number we plan because the veg seems to be going off a bit quicker than normal at the minute:

Singapore noodles - Resembled the kind you get from the takeaway, so this is a win.
Tofu tikka masala (Nora Cooks) with naan bread https://www.noracooks.com/vegan-tikka-masala/ - It was fine, but not great.
Bangers & Mash - A classic.
Alfredo pasta with garlic bread - So easy to make, delicious.
Coronation tofu salad (Olive) https://www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/vegan/coronation-tofu-salad/ - This was interesting, I wouldn't call the dressing that typical to coronation chicken I've had in the past but it was alright.
Roasted cauliflower & giant couscous salad with zhoug (Olive) https://www.olivemagazine.com/recip...ouscous-salad-with-zhoug-and-crispy-shallots/ - Utterly delicious. Zhoug is amazing!
Barley, grilled peach & pecan salad (Olive) https://www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/vegan/farro-grilled-peach-and-pecan-salad/ - Shame the weather was horrible, a salad on a cold rainy night is not great but this was very tasty. I'm going to a BBQ in a few weeks and plan to take this as a salad.

Decided to work through cookbooks I've not looked at in a while so the first 6 below are all from 'Speedy Bosh'. I like how they are all 30 minutes or less. I was getting in a habit of picking meals that took ages so it's good to have some quickies.

Sweet potato mac 'n' 'cheese'.
Salsa Gnocchi
Big Red Peanut Noodles
Tempeh ribs, slaw and creamed corn.
Cucumber, watermelon and sesame salad.
Chimmichurri giant couscous
Egyptian koshari - https://www.theguardian.com/food/20...mato-sauce-and-onion-recipe-vegan-meera-sodha
Broccoli & Zhug Spaghetti

Forgot to update my own thread! But we've just finished these meals:

Mouth Numbing Noodles - Meh.
Artichoke & Chickpea Chaat - Can't actually remember eating this.
Clay pot noodles with beetroot & smoked tofu - This was unusual, not had anything like it before but worked well but was a bit stodgy. I think we ate it on a sunny night but it's really a winter meal.
Nasi Lemak - Classic, always good.
'Chicken' Kiev, chips, peas & garlic bread (sometimes you need a 'primary school' dinner) - Made these with ground up quorn and then shaped into a fillet. It was OK but I think I'd get the pre-made vegan ones next time.
Mung dal - Again, another classic we make often.
Butter beans with bread & salsa verde - This was amazing. Salsa verde is always a winner.
Tofu tacos - Again, something we have a lot.
