hey I'm thinking of getting a mirage now

I cant decide on a case
as in the title can you show a lot of pics,
how sturdy is the front door??

I love mine, thoroughly, as does my mates whome I have recommended it to! Door is as sturdy as I would expect.

what sort of plastic is the door made of, not that cheapy BB gun type of plastic if you know what I mean

The door is chunky plastic with an aluminium inner and all black, so it can't scratch.

ok thanks what are the hinges made of? how does the door stay closed, I heard it was magnetic can you take some pics please?

Eh ? The door is plastic inside and out mate and can scratch easy enough. It's total pants.

It can scratch but not um.. white scratches. The grill bits on the inside are aluminium.

The door is held shut magnetically yeah, and has a tendancy to flip out when you pick it up

It has a few large hinges down the side, I think it'd be quite hard to rip it off without trying.

Not true. The grille bits on the inside of the door are plastic mate. Unless you are talking about the frame of the case but this discussion is about the door. The whole door is plastic - inside and out, including the buttons and it was a total let down after those muppets on Custom PC described the door as aluminium. I have one open here on front of me. How can you say it's made from aluminium ? Please show me a pic ?

Hmm, on looking you are correct, the grill inner is also plastic

I swear it felt like aluminium, maybe just cos my room was cold :rolleyes:
